Annual Authorization Forms – Needed To Tryout
Athletes will not be allowed to try out if they do not return a completed Annual Authorization for Athletic Tryout form. Athletes should bring their form with them to the tryout like they would bring a ticket with them to an event. Please do not hand in the forms with other school forms. The form should be delivered directly to the coach of that specific team. If an athlete plans to try out for more than one team, please fill out a separate form for each team. You can find the form on our website, the PE office and the Main office. For more updates, please email Mr. Bowles - thbowles@cbe.ab.ca .
Tryouts
All athletes trying out for a sport MUST have a signed Annual Authorization to Tryout form for their first tryout date. Please be fully changed with proper footwear and a water bottle 15 minutes prior to each tryout. Every athlete is guaranteed two total tryouts per sport. If you are unable to attend a tryout you MUST contact the appropriate coach.
