Can’t find the Grad Banquet fee in your MyCBE/PowerSchool account?
There are a few possible reasons why the Banquet Ticket Fees are not appearing in your PowerSchool account, they are:
- Graduation banquet ticket purchase is an optional school fee. Check the optional fees tab in your MyCBE/PowerSchool Account.
- There are outstanding school fees on your account. All school fees need to be paid before the optional banquet tickets fee will appear in the MyCBE Account. (Why do all fees need to be paid before purchasing banquet tickets? We appreciate and understand that financial circumstances can vary, and we ensure that students continue to receive full access to learning opportunities. However, we are unable to issue grad banquet tickets to students who have outstanding school fees. These fee payments are essential to maintaining the quality of programs and experiences that benefit all students.)
- Your student is over 18 years of age.
- Fees will not appear in the parent MyCBE account for students over the age of 18 who have not signed a consent form to allow parental access. If your student is over 18 years of age, please ask them to provide you access or have them register for their own account using their personal email address that is on file with the school (not the educbe email address). If students have not registered a personal email address with the school, they will not be able to set up an account.
