Winter Break
All the Joane Cardinal-Schubert teachers, staff, and administration would like to wish JCS students and their loved ones a restful and safe winter break. We look forward to welcoming students back in the new year to finish Semester 1 and are excited for Semester 2 to start at the end of January!
PAT Results
If your student is in grade 10 for the 2025-26 school year, their PAT results are now available for viewing. These results are viewable utilizing your student’s myPass account and are not accessible from PowerSchool. If your student does not yet have a myPass account, please see below:
myPass Accounts
myPass is an Alberta Education self-service website for students. All students in high school should set up their myPass account to access detailed academic reports (unofficial transcripts), order official transcripts for post-secondary applications, and viewing past diploma exam results.
Parents, please encourage your students to register for their myPass account. More information can be found on the myPass Guide. Please note, a verification code will be mailed to complete registration. If your student has any issues, please have them see Ms. Higgins in the registration office.
Lost and Found
Please encourage your students to look through the lost and found located in the main hub if they have lost any clothing items, smaller items such as keys, earbuds and jewelry are in the main office.
School Fees
JCS School fees for Semester 1 are available to view and pay. Parents, please login to MyCBE to view and pay your students’ school fees from JCS. The CBE offers many flexible payment options, including instructions for finding and paying fees. Any parents who are unable to pay school fees should visit the CBE’s central fee waiver webpage for more information on applying for a fee waiver.

All applicants will be notified of their nomination status by Friday, January 23, 2026.
